We have the capabilities to build a master pattern by hand, make take offs and or fully machine a negative mold, back the mold and then pour the specified plastic. On the other end, with the technology of Surfcam/Worknc cad/cam systems and your electronic files and or blueprints, we can program then generate a tool path to fully machine the part from urethane foundry board at any of our CNC machining centers.
